Low Season vs High Season in Pattaya

First let’s make it clear :
HIGH SEASON (November to February)
LOW SEASON ( March to October)
I’ve spent a f*ck ton of time in this sin city over the past few years, and boy do I have some wisdom to drop on your eager ears.
You see, back in the day, I was stuck coming to Pattaya during the dreaded low season due to my shitty job.
I cried myself to sleep every night, wishing I could be here during the epic high season.
Fast forward to present day, and I finally experienced the so-called “best time” to visit Pattaya.
First off, let’s chat about high season.
There’s something to be said for that electric atmosphere, with all the neon lights flickering and the girls smiling and laughing.
It’s like stepping into a raunchy wonderland…
Plus, the sheer quantity of available girls is impressive, although with increased demand comes increased pricing.
Now,
Low season may not have the greatest weather, but honestly, it’s not that bad.
Think about it: fewer tourists means more attention from the ladies. It’s like shooting fish in a barrel, my friends.
Walking street and Soi 6 becomes a veritable buffet of gorgeous girls, all vying for your affections.
And the cherry on top? Prices plummet. That’s right, you heard me.
Those same girls charging premium prices in high season become practically begging for business in low season.
It’s like winning the lottery, but better. 😄
Besides, it’s totally worth it for the superior monger experience.
Imagine walking into a GoGo bar and seeing only a handful of thirsty dudes surrounded by a sea of gorgeous, desperate girls.
Yeah, that’s low season for you.
Now, I know what you’re thinking.
Isn’t it depressing to visit a tropical paradise during the rainy season?
Won’t it dampen the party vibe?
👉 WRONG.
The “Myth” of the Rainy Season

Listen up, my fellow mongers!
I’m tired of all the BS rumors floating around about the rainy season in Pattaya.
People who haven’t even stepped foot in this slice of paradise think it rains 24/7, turning the city into a soggy disaster zone.
But let me tell you, that couldn’t be farther from the truth!
I’ve lived here for years and trust me, the rainy season is seriously underrated.
First of all, from September the temperature drops a bit, making it a welcome relief from the scorching heat.
Secondly, while it does rain, it’s rarely all day long.
Usually, it’s just a torrential downpour for an hour or two, followed by bright blue skies and sunshine for the rest of the day.
(Case in point, last July we almost had an entire month without any rain at all.
So, don’t believe the hype surrounding the rainy season – it’s not as extreme as some people make it out to be!)
Just go take a beer, watching UFC in a sports bar at Treetown and waiting the rain to stop!
Or go Shortime a girl in Soi 6, be creative come on, it’s Pattaya ! 😄
Plus, there are some major perks to visiting during the rainy season.
Since most people are afraid of the rain, the crowds are significantly smaller.
Less competition means more attention from the ladies, am I right?
And if you’re worried about missing out on the party scene, don’t worry – there are plenty of indoor clubs and bars where you can continue the festivities.
So, next time someone tries to convince you that the rainy season is a no-go, set them straight.
Tell ’em that Buck Turner himself gave them the green light to come and enjoy all the girls and parties that Pattaya has to offer, even in the midst of a little rain.
Trust me, you won’t regret it.
Songkran: Hit or Miss for Mongers?

Songkran is the traditional Thai New Year celebration, marked by massive water fights, parades, and revelries across the country.
But for mongers, it can be a mixed bag..
For some, Songkran is an absolute blast, with parties happening all day and night.
However, others might find it frustrating as many girls disappear to spend time with their families or party.
Moreover, the constant drenching from water fights can be uncomfortable, and the curfew imposed during the festivities doesn’t help either.
But fear not, mongers!
Even during Songkran, you can still meet gorgeous girls via Thai Friendly or our VIP Pattaya Girls Index 🤠
It’s just important to note that the vibe during this time is more focused on partying all day rather than mongering specifically.
Ultimately, whether Songkran is a hit or miss depends on your preferences and priorities.
If you’re up for a wild party and don’t mind a few logistical hurdles, then Songkran might be worth checking out.
Otherwise, you might want to choose a different time to visit Pattaya.
Word of advice, mongers: if you’re heading to Pattaya for Songkran, pack some old clothes, leave the fancy kicks at home, and grab a waterproof case for your phone and plastic. Keep your valuables securely tucked away at your hotel to avoid losing them in the chaotic water fights.
Still want to party during the festivities?
